Beck had his very first piano recital on the 8th of December. He played "Jolly Old St Nicolas." He did a great job! Marched right up there and started playing. He was also very first on the program. He started over a total of 7 times, mostly because he was trying to read the words on the paper because he wanted to sing while he played! Penelope had recently chewed a hole in his music as well, but he just started over when he got to that part because the "song repeats anyways." So cute! I hope that I can get him to stick with it! I recently quit my goal of lessons and learning to play- too many activities already going on, but maybe I can live thru Beck. That's what parents do anyways, right?
