Aerobics


Yeah, so I went to an aerobics class today. My friend Bethany said to go early, so that I could get the big step, so I went at 8:30 and Beck and Paisley went to the day care that they have there, and I got my big step and set it up and then went and did the elliptical machine for like 10 minutes. So I think that I did okay in this class. I have never done aerobics, and I only tripped over my step once! I missed a few steps, it makes my brain hurt trying to decifer what a "walk away Joe" is compared to a oh, I don't even know what else she was saying and I sweated a lot, but I kept up and I had a major heart rate thing going on and I felt good. About half way through I was like, "Yeah, I can do this, working out, drinking water, staying away from the Dew." Then she kept going, I'm talking we went on forever! 43 minutes of per cardio! Now I don't know what that really means, but I do know that it crossed my mind to give up! Then we finished and did some abs for a minute, and my stomach was hurting and we only did like 50 altogether. If I keep this up, maybe there is hope that the pancake stomach will go away. There is hope right? Anyone? Just tell me there's hope, that would just make Stephen's day! ;)
And as for the no Mountain Dew, the fact that I've started this, I have to finish it, but I'm telling you, my head hurts, I'm irritable, and I want a cold refreshing, bad for my body Mountain Dew. I am really going to try and just shake it, I mean it can't be good to NEED something that bad, but man, it sure does taste good and make my mouth water just to think of it. But there is also one up side, all I do is drink water all day. :)

I had no idea the addiction ran this deep. I mean I should have figured it out when you blogged about the happiness you felt with a fridge full of the cold stuff right there in your bedroom. I'm proud of you and this step you are taking, ha!

Oh aerobics. I need some excercise in my life. But dragging all 4 with me everywhere I go puts a damper even on the me time I would get at the gym. Doesn't feel like me time at all.

Good for you Korbi. Exercise is so good for everyone. I surely need to do something. I just chane water often nd hope that will be enough exercise Ha Ha I have been trying to not drink pop as much notice I said as much. I havce change to rootbeer. Gradually slow down Have a good day mimi

I love to exercise, well once IM done, I hate thinking about doing it but once I go its so nice! I have never done the caffine thing but Scott says I eat enough chocolate to count as a pop. :(

That is awesome! I am so glad you are sticking with the no Dew. I have tried over and over again to no avail. I gave up Dew but then I picked up a Dr. Pepper habit, gave that up and moved on to Cherry coke, I am struggling but you are an inspiration to my on going battle with this addiction. ;) Hopefully some day I can kick it too and them maybe join you in trying out aerobics. Stay strong SSista!
