Sickies and stink

You know that we've been to the Moon? We send stuff into space to float around and collect information? We can track down a killer from a droplet of blood? So my question is: Will there ever be a diaper invented that does not leak diarrhea poo mess from my little sick baby Paisley's bum? Hmmm.... My poor little girl. Last night and the night before was awful. throw up and diarrhea kind of awful. I didn't go on my weekend getway with some friends aka sis-in-laws, instead I stayed home to care for my sick little girl. I was going to try and getaway yesterday, I went as far as packing the kids up and heading to Othello to meet the girls and give the kids to the hubby, but halfway there she threw up. all. over. my. car.... stink.... so I turned around and headed back. Spent the day, and I mean the whole day, taking apart the car seat cover to wash it (that's another one, NASA, make a car seat cover that is easy to take on and off because let's be honest here, kids throw up and they poo and more than likely it is going to happen in the car once or twice or a billion times!) So I am home, wishing I was in Seattle, but glad my baby girl has her mama to hold her as she battles the sickies....
